Automotive Electrician
We’re looking for an Auto Electrician who is reliable and has a good work ethic. They must be able to work independently and be able to troubleshoot problems. They should be able to read schematics and have experience working on cars.
AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIAN DUTIES:
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems
- Apply knowledge of automotive electronics, engines, and chassis
- Install components, such as alternators, starter motors, and alternators
- Install electrical components, such as horns, lights, and turn signals
- Troubleshoot electrical systems on vehicles
- Perform maintenance on batteries and charging systems
- Inspect and test electrical connections and components
- Replace and install electrical connectors, relays, fuses, and circuit breakers
- Install and wire gauges, gauges, and other electrical components
- Install, replace, and repair wiring and circuits
- Insulate and wire electrical panels
- Connect electrical components, such as switches, starter solenoids, and starter solenoids
- Perform engine and driveline repairs
- Insulate and wire engine compartment
AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIAN RESPONSIBILITES:
- Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles
- Maintain all records regarding vehicles
- Rebuild and troubleshoot electrical systems on vehicles
- Repair and troubleshoot brake and suspension systems
- Maintain regular, clean, professional appearance of vehicles
- Work with other employees to diagnose and resolve vehicle problems
- Use a variety of tools, equipment, and vehicle parts to fix vehicles
- Provide quality customer service to customers
REquirements
- Graduate of vocational school
- Experienced auto mechanic/electrician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Fabricator - (MEtal)
As a metal fabricator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, fabricating metal components or structures, and performing quality checks on finished products. You may also be required to set up fabricating machines and design custom templates.To ensure success as a metal fabricator, you should have advanced knowledge of industrial metalwork, a good eye for detail, and excellent mathematical skills. Ultimately, a top-class metal fabricator expertly constructs high-quality products to exact specifications.
Fabricator (Metal) Duties
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints.
- Construct base templates if needed.
- Measure and mark cutting and bending lines.
- Set up metalwork machinery (e.g., rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, shears).
- Verify design specifications before cutting.
- Fabricate and construct metal components.
- Grind and finish completed products.
- Perform quality checks on finished items.
- Adhere to state and company safety regulations.
- Complete job reports.
Required
Preferred
- Graduate of vocational school.
- Ability to work with hands, lift heavy objects and stand on your feet for long periods of time often doing repetitive motions.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
- Proficiency with metal fabrication tools including shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses.
- Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- 2 years’ experience in fabricating steel and welding field preferred, or ability to demonstrate proficiency.
- AWS certification and advanced welding experience.
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, stick for steel, SS, and Aluminium.
- Ability to read blueprints or follow technical specifications.
Fitter (General)
A fitter reviews specifications and plans before fitting, replacing or constructing parts and equipment using machinery and tools, while adhering to health and safety standards. Their duties include using welding equipment, performing maintenance checks and making, assembling and disassembling metal parts and tools.
FITTER DUTIES:
- Review drawings and blueprints to determine material and method requirements
- Remove old and damaged parts from vehicles
- Clean surrounding areas and prepare for repairs
- Install new windscreens and glass windows
- Fit batteries and install accessories like sunroofs and stereos
- Inspect and repair muffler mountings, exhaust pipes, and radiators
- Repair cooling system components such as thermostats and water pumps
- Inspect tires and implement repair actions
- Operate air-driven equipment for tire removal and refitting
- Balance wheels and tires using static and electronic equipment
- Assist in planning and implementing building maintenance plans
- Perform building repairs as needed
- Research new products and maintenance methods
- Review drawings and specifications for material and equipment needs
- Operate CNC machines for drilling, machining, and milling
- Configure and fine-tune metalworking machinery
- Manually create fitting components
- Fit and assemble metal parts and tools
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
- Check the quality of finished products.
fitter responsibilities
- Install and service motors, pumps, compressors, and heat exchangers; repair and replace bearings, seals, and belts; inspect, adjust, and test HVAC systems?
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on refrigeration systems
- Document work processes and results, using computer-aided drafting equipment
- Use power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, hydraulic tools, and other equipment
- Reviewing drawings and blueprints to establish which materials, methods and settings are required for particular parts and processes.

VEHICLE ASSEMBLER – (VEHICLE BODY BUILDER)
Installation of various vehicle interior/exterior parts according to specifications and using hand tools, power tools, and production fixtures.
Vehicle assembleR duties:
- Installation of all nonelectrical interior/exterior components and hardware.
- Bolts, screws, clips, or otherwise fastens together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units.
- Seals joints and seams, using caulking gun.
- Fastens seats, door panelling, headliners, carpeting, moulding, and other trim into position.
- Assembles fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake other responsibilities and/or training as requested by your line manager.
Physical Demands
- This job requires physical stamina and dexterity. Employees must:
- Stand, walk, and use hands regularly.

- Must have general knowledge of OHS standards.
- Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.
- Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
